There are definitely a lot of factors that contribute to someone's success. I guess what he was trying to analyze was those factors that you sometimes don't notice much, that there's more than doing it "all by yourself". Kailana: You should. What I find so fascinating is Gladwell's idea that hard work alone does not bring success, that there's definitely a measure of luck involved, too (like in which month you were born). Why does one person succeed while another does not?
