Dogs and Cats

“People can either be dogs or cats.
Dogs are people that want to find a place and never leave it.
Cats are people that wander from place to place and never worry about staying in one place forever.
And maybe there are people that are cats until they find a place that they can call home…”

Wanted

Went to AGDS last weekend. I intend to write some kind of report of the days in my desperate attempt to become a wanna-be game journalist. muahahaa. I did write something but it took me much longer than I thought, hence no post about it yet. Hey, writing surprisingly takes a lot of time, and to think that I haven’t edited nor proof-read it. I haven’t even got into the pictures yet. argh.

The highlight (downlight?) of my weekend would be losing my favourite cardigan, that I bought in Hong Kong, so I don’t know where else I can find it or something similar. I really really like that green cardigan. I think I dropped it somewhere on the street, because I realized that I lost it just when I sat on the bus (but by then it was already moving). I even traced back all the way from my home to the bus stop in the middle of the night, right after I came back from the conference, still hoping that I could spot it somewhere. But I couldn’t find it. It’s lost. LOST. FOREVER! *sob* Now I’m wearing a denim jacket in the office, missing that cardigan badly.

I had the picture of it below, taken on Friday, just the day before I lost it. If anyone happens to see it on the street, please let me know *sob*.

PS: If anyone knows where I can buy something similar in Singapore, that might work too.

Repeat What I Just Said

“Over time married men develop the ability to repeat exactly what our wives were just saying even though we weren’t really listening to them. Sometimes I don’t know what makes my wife more angry, me not listening, or that she can’t prove it.” ~ a comment from a man somewhere in Dilbert’s website

That’s just hilarious! I can’t tell how many times that happened to me: asking my (ex) boyfriend to repeat what I said to prove that he was listening. Most of the time he could, almost word by word.

Well, now we know.
